NovaLink Advisory is a new firm built on deep experience. Our core team has spent decades serving both local Singapore businesses and international clients — with particularly strong connections to China and Greater China enterprises looking to expand into Southeast Asia. Our CEO, Mr. Nicholas, was born and raised in Malaysia and has spent over 20 years in Singapore's corporate advisory landscape. Fluent in Chinese, English, Malay, and Cantonese, he bridges cultures and markets with ease.
We founded NovaLink in 2015 because we saw that foreign businesses entering Southeast Asia — especially those from China — needed more than transactional services. They needed a partner who truly understands both sides: the regulatory landscape of Singapore and the region, and the business culture and expectations of international clients. Over a decade later, our team's deep frontline experience continues to make that possible.

Meet Our Founder
Nicholas Tan
CEO & FounderNicholas Tan graduated from Multimedia University with a Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) and is a Chartered Accountant of Malaysia (CA(M)). He is also a Professional Business Accountant of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA), and a Qualified Individual registered with ACRA, Singapore.
An Accredited Tax Practitioner with the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP) and a certified Accredited Trainer under HRD Corp Malaysia, Nicholas brings over a decade of experience in audit, accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance. Since 2020, he has established corporate secretarial, tax advisory, and accounting practices within reputable mid-sized firms across Singapore and Malaysia.
Nicholas is a Licensed Company Secretary under Section 235 of the Companies Act 2016 (Malaysia) and holds an Employment Agency Licence from Singapore's Ministry of Manpower (MOM), enabling him to support businesses in workforce solutions alongside corporate advisory services.
